Japanese Type 95 Ha Go with Type 94 37mm gun and two Type 97 7.7mm machine guns. Ha Go was intended to provide Japanese motorized infantry with a light tank that could keep up with truck mounted troops without having to be carried by tank transporters. The odd appearance, looking as though bits have been cut away is because bits were in fact cut away to meet the 6.5 ton weight limit demanded by the IJA infantry branch.
Entered Japanese service in 1936 with about 2300 tanks constructed. A few survived WWII and went on to post war service with both sides in the Chinese Civil War as well as French forces in the First Indochina War. Each tank comes with one open and one closed commander’s cupola module. All models can be had in alternate scales with price varying by size.
