Soviet T-80 Tank 15mm 1/100
Soviet T-80 tanks are now available in T-80B and T-80BV variants. Later versions are in development and will be added here when complete.
Soviet T-80B was the first production version, entering Soviet service in 1978, with a 2A46 125mm gun, 9M112 Kobra ATGM (NATO AT-8 Songster), DShK 12.7mm and PKT 7.62mm machine guns. Developed from the T-64 and corrected many faults, but the lineage has been marked by controversy in Russian service. While originally not intended for export, many T-80s were inherited by Soviet successor states and several hundred have been exported to Cyprus, Pakistan and South Korea.
Soviet T-80BV (v for vzryvnoy, Russian for explosive) tank with 2A46-2 125mm gun, 9M112 Kobra ATGM (NATO AT-8 Songster), DShK 12.7mm and PKT 7.62mm machine guns. Entered Soviet service in 1985 with improved hull armor scheme and Kontakt-1 explosive reactive armor.
These are all new designs with improved detail. Each tank comes with one open commander's cupola, one closed cupola and 2 DShK AAMGs.
